Our Cancellation Policy:

If you call and cancel 24 hours or more before the time of your appointment : No charge

If you call and cancel 24 hours or less of your appointment time then it is a 50% cancellation charge per session.

If you are a no show, no call then 100% fee is charged

Any prepaid amounts put down and you have a credit due back, it will be put on your account. No refunds

All prepaid services are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. No refunds.
