For the Infrared to work its best, the temperature is between 110 and 130 degrees. You are in the Infrared Sauna for 30 minutes. You can go in there by yourself or you can go in with another person. If you are in there with someone else it is quite cozy.
The Infrared penetrates into your skin 1 1/2 to 2 inches. It does a detoxification from the inside out. This is very beneficial for many things such as allergies, fibromyalgia, headaches, cold hands or feet, insomnia, unable to gain or lose weight, cellulite removal, night sweats, metallic taste, rheumatoid arthritis, stimulating the immune system, pain relief and many other issues.
WHAT TO BRING
Make sure you drink plenty of water before during and after the Infrared Sauna. This helps the detoxification and keeping you hydrated.
Wear either a short outfit, a bathing suit or you can wrap up in a towel. Bring 2-3 towels. 1 - to sit on. 1 - to wipe sweat off of you and if you are wrapping up in a towel, one for that.
